Apologies for the skimpy week, but I’ve been splitting my time between other projects and catching as many Billy Joe Shaver shows as possible while he’s in the area. I’m also gonna check out the final stop on the Country Throwdown tour over the weekend, so we should have lots of stuff to talk about next week. For now, enjoy some “Black Rose” from way back in 1984, with a rather young Eddy Shaver on guitar.
