- Randy Goodman, founder and former president of the defunct Lyric Street label, will reportedly be appointed CEO of Sony’s country and Christian division, filling the post previously held by Gary Overton. The Luke/Karen duet is a song co-written by Jaida Dreyer, and Jessie Jo Dillon also has a cut on the album. I guess I’ll have to actually listen to him at least for once

On the Salon article: My wheelchair bound mother recently did not attend a Garth Brooks concert in Knoxville because days before the event the venue called and said they would be putting a spot light where her seats were located. They asked if, since those were the last handicapped spots, would she mind going down a flight of stairs to reach some empty seats.
