It seems the person had come in the store and our shipment had not arrived from the label (in this case Sony Music). The person had said something about "What do I have to do, write a letter to get it?" to which I replied "No, we have another order coming in, and I'll be glad to call you when the disc arrives". It wasn't enough. Shortly after the letter was published, the person came back in and bought the CD. Everyone was happy. Thanks for picking this one out! I've been in that shop many a time. They're supposedly the place to go for the "obscure" titles that the box stores don't carry, but apparently the CD downturn has affected them as well.
