Since most of your readers probably aren't familiar with such songs as Omie Wise, Pretty Polly or Banks of the Ohio, they should check out the recorded works of Doc Watson if they want to hear what is being spoofed here

I've always known Julianne had this kind of great emotional depth and pathos to successfully pull off a rootsy project of this magnitude. It will be nice to see a dark side of "Little Miss Perfect" emerge from that pretty face for a change. I'm glad to see Julianne decided to go with the new song "Look Out, Chuck" rather than re-writing the classic song to become "A Knoxville Boy (Named Chuck)" as that would have been heretical!

I hear Julianne tried to teach Ralph Stanley some new dance moves during their time working together but discovered to her dismay that Depends are prone to leakage at the high g-forces generated during spinning maneuvers! Needless to say ole Ralphie will not be her partner on the next season of DWTS!

I also appreciate that Julianne honored her home state and gave the album a decidedly Mormon and Utah touch by composing the new song "Mountain Meadows Massacre". These types of songs always pack a bigger emotional wallop when they are rooted in the truth...
