Now Smaller and Better Than Ever
The URL, that is. The "blogspot" has been dropped, so the new address is www.countrycalifornia.com. Still hosted by Blogger (i.e. I'm still poor), but now we're on our own domain. The shorter URL is much easier to slip casually into conversations, so feel free to take advantage of that feature. Anyway, all old links will continue to work (you got here, after all), but if you have CC in your blogroll and would like to help the new domain gain some footing with Google, switching that one link over to this address would be most appreciated.
A new Quotable Country is coming your way on Sunday. I'll probably get one or two other things up between now and then, so stay tuned!

Dang it! I was hoping the address would mean that it wouldn't be an act of congress to comment here anymore.:)
It's my way of separating the casual commenters from the really hardcore ones.
No, actually, it's never been too bad for me... probably because I'm always logged into my Google account anyway. If it's an inconvenient system for others, though, perhaps I should start looking into other options. :-)
